General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the rn98 platform ("rn98", "we") and any person ("player", "user") who uses this service. By accessing the rn98 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Service Description

rn98 is a platform offering live casino games, football betting services, slots, Poker, 3D lottery, and card games for customers in Myanmar. Services are provided through this website.

1.2 Duration

These Terms take effect from the first day you use this service and remain in force continuously. This agreement stays effective for as long as you continue to use the platform.

1.3 Age Restriction

The rn98 service is intended only for persons aged 21+. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If an underage account is detected, it will be closed and any remaining balance will be handled according to our policy.

Account Registration and Responsibility

To play games and make deposits and withdrawals on the rn98 platform, you need your own registered personal account. Do not open more than one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must register with accurate and personally owned information.
• You must link a phone number, bank account, or mobile payment account.
• Each person may only open one account on rn98; each family member may only open one account per device.
• If the information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate, rn98 will not be liable and may close the account.

2.2 Login Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Create a strong password that is hard to guess and do not share it with anyone, to protect against known cyber attacks. If you detect any unauthorised access to your account, report it to rn98 immediately.

2.3 Account Ownership

Transferring, selling, or renting an rn98 account to any third party is not permitted. If it is found that someone other than the account owner is playing, the account may be closed immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Only KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay are accepted for deposits on the rn98 platform. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Please deposit only using a payment method registered in your name. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned without being credited and the account may be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes, and may take longer if legal verification is required. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for your deposit.

3.3 Payment Verification

rn98 may review withdrawals to combat money laundering and financial fraud. When a review is conducted, the player must submit relevant personal identification documents. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being put on hold.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

To receive promotions and bonuses on the rn98 service, you must comply with the rules set out in this section.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit on rn98 will receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can be claimed once per player only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If your account is closed while playing with bonus funds, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• rn98 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion with prior notice.

4.3 VIP Progress and Cashback

rn98 has 4 VIP tiers. Based on your play volume, you can progress from Bronze up to Platinum:—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP cashback is issued as bonus funds and can only be withdrawn after the relevant wagering requirements are met. Turnover thresholds for tier progression are managed by the rn98 platform and may be adjusted in line with changes in playing patterns.

Fair Play Policy

rn98 is committed to keeping game results tamper-free, protecting players' funds and personal data, and removing unfair practices.

5.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

Game results are generated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that cannot be tampered with, and randomness is verified on a regular basis. No player can predict or control a game outcome in advance.

5.2 Game History

All game records for every player are logged on the rn98 server, and players can view their own game history from their account. Any financial disputes will be resolved by reviewing these records.

5.3 Game Integrity

If rn98 detects the use of bot software, AI-assisted tools, arbitrage betting strategies, or any irregular play patterns designed to exploit bonuses, the bonus funds will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the rn98 platform and will be acted upon immediately if detected:—

• Accessing an account without identifying yourself or allowing another person to access it
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or accumulate wagering benefits (Bonus Abuse / Multi-accounting)
• Playing using a bot or automated tool
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (Collusion)
• Using a third party's funds for payments
• Continuing to play while knowingly exploiting a software bug or glitch

Personal Data Protection

7.1 Data Storage

Information provided during player registration, game records, and deposit and withdrawal records will be stored securely on rn98 servers.

7.2 Third-Party Disclosure

Player personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary for financial verification purposes (KYC/AML).

Account Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may submit a request through rn98 customer service. Any remaining balance (real deposited funds and legitimate winnings, excluding bonus funds) will be returned via a normal withdrawal process.

8.2 Closure by rn98

rn98 may close a player's account with prior notice for any of the following reasons:—

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is identified
• If suspicious activity relating to money laundering or fraud is detected
• If the player requests self-exclusion
• To comply with mandatory legal obligations

8.3 Timed Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

The rn98 platform is not responsible for players' gambling losses, missed winnings, or any harm resulting from decisions made. Players understand and agree that the service is provided "AS IS".

9.1 Technical Failures

If a game is interrupted due to server failure, network disconnection, or software error, rn98 will investigate the financial loss from that game based on the circumstances at the time and cannot guarantee a refund.

9.2 Verification Processing Time

During financial verification checks, a player's withdrawal request may be placed on hold. rn98 is not liable for any charges or losses incurred during that period.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

rn98 reserves the right to amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website, and rn98 will endeavour to notify players in advance where possible.

Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.
